Replacement Hip Revision operation carried out following a number of dislocations of the previous hip implant. At all stages of the revision i was well looked after by Mr Alazzawi and his team. This followed extensive pre-assessment tests, an hour at "joint school" with a physiotherapist who explained what I should expect during the process, and a Zoom call with the anaesthetist who did a thorough assessment of my medical history and explained the various options available to me. From start to finish I was treated with great care, kindness, respect and consideration. I never felt the least bit nervous and had every faith in Mr Alazzawi and the excellent team of professionals working closely with him. The operation itself was a great success and I was walking the same day. Obviously there was some discomfort due to the bruising and swelling but I cannot say I was in any real pain.
